Omshop was founded by Bridget Woods Kramer and her husband Lee in Hertfordshire in 1999.

Omshop is changing and growing. We have chosen to launch a new downloadable library of videos & music as a result of the overwhelming success of our 1st meditation video (over 300,000 views) Though in its very early stages we hope that in the coming months you will enjoy seeing it expand and grow. All of us at omshop are enthused by new possibilities & the opportunity to expose more and more people to the wise, creative and artistic output of the ‘dreamers and the faithfull’ through our Meditation & Yoga videos.

We believe that a life dedicated to seeking the truths that can be found in yoga and in many other traditions is indeed a life well spent We believe in the equality of all humanity, One World, the careful protection of our mother planet and that the rights of all children and animals need to be vigorously protected.
